My private practice gets its name from the definition of a saga being a heroic story. I believe it takes a lot of strength to look into counseling. I want to hear clients’ accounts and help them overcome the challenges in their stories.
Human interconnections, how individuals form friendships, relationships and familial bonds and how these ties can impact an individual’s overall health has always been a central focus of my professional interests.
I believe the events and relationships in our lives don’t happen in a vacuum, they are all interconnected. I place a large emphasis on mental, emotional health being an important aspect of an individual’s comprehensive health and their social well-being.
